Service Rates

 

We will keep our prices as competitive as possible for as long as possible.

To make our services easy to understand we divide work into three categories,

Small Works, Day Works, and 3 days & Over.

  • Any job that will take less than half a day to complete is classed as small works. Due to high demand we currently only book small works up to 3 weeks in advance to ensure we have regular availability.

    First Hour/ Call Out £85 inc VAT

    Each hour thereafter £42 inc VAT

  • Small to medium size jobs that will take over half a day. Availability will depend on the job and the location.

    From £295 inc VAT per day

  • For larger scale jobs please get in touch for an personalised estimate. At present we are booking 2 to 3 months in advance.

  • Please be aware that this work is carried out at our discretion (usually only for existing customers) and is also based on staff availability at the time.

    New customers - please do get in touch but be aware that there is limited availability.

    Out of Hours - Before 8:30am and after 4:30pm, Weekends and Bank Holidays

    First hour/ call out £110 inc VAT

    Each hour thereafter £52 inc VAT

    Emergency - Same day response

    First hour / call out £135 inc VAT

    or £160 inc VAT (out of hours)

    Each hour thereafter £62 inc VAT

    or £72 inc VAT (out of hours)

 

Free Estimates

We offer free virtual estimates for day works & small works using photographs and/or measurements that you can send to us using email or What’s App.

We will provide an in person estimate (ie we come to your property) for larger jobs.

This helps to keep our prices low and our handymen available for jobs.

If you have requested an estimate please allow us 7 days for us to complete this and send it to you.

For in person estimates we will visit you as soon as possible but please be aware that we often have high demand for this service.
